The eight W3ERP modules, one for each area of your business

W3ERP has eight modules that work on a single database: sales, finance and production ERP; OLAP statistics, KPIs and dashboards; point of sale and box office; document management; warehouse management with radio frequency; B2C online store; web, app and B2B; and CRM and support.

What each module does

Each module covers one area of management and shares its data with the others. A POS sale takes stock out of the warehouse, an order from the B2B portal goes into the ERP and every invoice shows up in the dashboards. Below is the profile of each module: what it does and which industries it is designed for.

Sales, finance and production ERP

The W3ERP core: sales, purchasing, accounting, treasury and manufacturing.

Sales, financial and production management in one system

The sales, finance and production ERP module is the core of W3ERP. Sales, purchasing, accounting, treasury and manufacturing work on a single database and are used from the browser. UserIT adapts the module to each company through customisation on its own platform.

Functions included

EDI
Sends and receives orders, delivery notes and invoices by EDI with customers and suppliers.
E-invoicing
Issues and receives electronic invoices without leaving the ERP.
Tax module
Prepares taxes and tax forms with the accounting data.
SII

Tax office and banks

Batch and packaging management
Follows each batch and each package from receipt to delivery to the customer.
PEFC/FSC chain of custody

OLAP statistics, KPIs and dashboards

OLAP analysis, KPIs and dashboards on a computer or phone.

Dashboards and OLAP analysis on ERP data

W3ERP business intelligence includes OLAP analysis, dashboards and complete BI projects. Dashboards open on a monitor, laptop, tablet or phone and show, for example, monthly and cumulative sales, sales by rep or by area, potential customers and the contract-to-sales ratio.

What it brings

Monthly and cumulative sales
Shows the sales of each month and the cumulative total for the year.
Sales by sales rep
What each sales rep sells, calculated with ERP data.
Potential customers
Follows the potential customers the sales team enters in W3ERP.
Contract-to-sales ratio
Compares what was contracted with what has been sold.
Sales location
Sales broken down by geographical area.

Glossary terms

POS and box office

Takes counter payments and sells tickets with the ERP stock and till.

Point of sale and box office connected to the ERP

The W3ERP POS and box office module takes counter payments and sells show tickets with the same data central management uses. Each payment updates the till, stock and accounts at once. It runs in the browser, with nothing installed on the workstation.

Glossary terms

Document management

Stores each document on the customer, supplier or operation record.

Documents stored on the record of each ERP operation

The W3ERP document management module stores each company document on the ERP record it belongs to: a customer, a supplier, an order or an invoice. Anyone with permission opens it from that record, without searching through folders or email.

Warehouse management with radio frequency

Warehouse by locations, with every movement recorded from a radio-frequency terminal.

Warehouse management with radio-frequency terminals

The W3ERP warehouse management module runs the warehouse by locations with radio-frequency terminals. Each receipt, put-away, pick, shipment or stock count is recorded as it happens, and ERP stock matches what is on the shelves.

Functions included

Locations and radio frequency
The operator records receipts, put-away, picking, shipments and stock counts with the radio-frequency terminal.
Label and barcode printing
Designs and prints barcode labels for product, batch, box and pallet.

B2C online store 24/365

Sells to the end consumer at any hour with the ERP catalogue and stock.

B2C online store with the ERP catalogue and stock

The W3ERP B2C online store sells to the end consumer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the catalogue, prices and stock the ERP publishes. Every order enters management without being retyped, and the warehouse prepares it with the same data the customer sees.

Glossary terms

Web, app and B2B

B2B portal for professional customers, mobile app and corporate website connected to the ERP.

Corporate website, mobile app and B2B portal on the ERP

The W3ERP web, app and B2B module opens the ERP to customers and staff. On the B2B portal, professional customers check prices, place orders and download their documents. The mobile app is used by staff and customers, and the corporate website takes its data from the ERP.

Glossary terms

CRM and support

Visits, opportunities and support tickets on each customer record.

Opportunities, visits and support tickets inside the ERP

The W3ERP CRM and support module records the potential customers, contacts, visits and opportunities of the sales team, and also customer service tickets. Everything is kept on the customer record next to their orders and invoices, and sales and support see the same history.

How they combine in a project

You do not need all eight modules at once. A W3ERP project starts with the ones that solve the main problem, usually the sales and finance core, and adds others when the company needs them. The new ones work with the data and customisation you already have. Before deciding, we check with you which area is holding you back.

Shall we talk about your project?

Tell us what your company manages and what is holding you back today. We will call or write to understand the case and suggest the modules that fit. If it makes sense, we prepare a demonstration with your own data. Asking for the call or the demonstration does not commit you to buying anything.
