Kit Digital: the digital voucher applied to your management
Kit Digital is a programme of the Spanish Government, run by Red.es with Next Generation EU funds, that grants a digital voucher to SMEs and the self-employed to contract digitalisation solutions from accredited agents. USER Informática (UserIT) is an accredited agent and implements W3ERP under the programme.
What Kit Digital is
Kit Digital is a public programme, funded by the European Union through the Next Generation funds, that subsidises digital solutions for the self-employed and companies of any size up to 249 employees. The company receives a digital voucher and uses it to contract solutions from accredited digitalisation agents. The agent collects the subsidised part directly from the programme.
Who can apply
SMEs and self-employed workers with their tax domicile in Spain can apply, provided they are up to date with their tax and social security obligations, are not considered a company in crisis and do not exceed the de minimis aid limit. Each call sets the voucher amount by segments, according to the number of employees.

Steps to apply for the voucher
The company registers on Acelera pyme, takes the digital diagnosis test and applies for the voucher on the Red.es electronic office with a digital certificate. Once it is granted, the company chooses an accredited digitalisation agent and signs the solutions agreement with them. The agent implements the solution and submits the justification.
