Dashboard

A dashboard is the screen that gathers in a single view the main indicators of the company (sales, margins, orders, stock, cash) as charts and figures, fed with real data from the management system and viewable from any device.

When is a dashboard really useful?

A dashboard is useful if people look at it often. One checked every morning lets you correct course in time, while a monthly report arrives when the month is already closed. It should take its data straight from the ERP, with few figures, and allow drilling down to the detail when a number does not add up.

Where it appears in W3ERP

W3ERP dashboards are viewed on a monitor, laptop, tablet or phone with the data of the central system. Available views include monthly and cumulative sales, sales by sales rep, potential customers, contract-to-sales ratio and sales location, and they are part of the OLAP statistics, KPIs and dashboards module.
