The cloud ERP built around your company

W3ERP is the 100% web ERP that USER Informática (Valencia, 1987) develops on its own platform with no third-party licences. Each project has three layers (development platform, standard program and tailored customisation) and eight integrated modules on a single database, used from the browser.

How a W3ERP project is built

A W3ERP project has three layers. The base is the USER Informática development platform; the standard program goes on top and, above it, tailored customisation, which is the largest part of the work. In that layer the system is adapted to the way each client works.

  1. Development platform

The starting point of every project.

  2. Standard program

    Built on the platform.

  3. Tailored customisation

The largest part of the project: adaptation to the client.

A core connected to your whole environment

W3ERP is the company's central system and connects to everything around it: website, web services and APIs, the cloud, mobile apps, branches, maintenance, customers, partners and suppliers, with security as a requirement. Each piece of data is entered once, through its own channel, and the rest of the company uses it without copying it into parallel files.

Eight integrated modules

W3ERP has eight modules and they all work on the same database: the sales, finance and production core; OLAP statistics, KPIs and dashboards; point of sale and box office; document management; warehouse management with radio frequency; a B2C online store; web, app and B2B; and CRM with support. Each company takes the combination it needs.

Dashboards from any device

W3ERP dashboards can be viewed on the office monitor, a laptop, a tablet or a phone, using the data the ERP itself generates when you sell, buy and manufacture. There are views of monthly and cumulative sales, sales by sales rep, potential customers, contract-to-sales ratio and sales location.

100% web technology since 2005

W3ERP has run entirely in the browser since 2005: there is nothing to install on workstations, and it works the same from the office, the factory or a phone. Underneath are Linux and Apache servers, development in PHP, JavaScript and HTML and, since 2024, hosting on Amazon Web Services. It is maintained by the team that develops it.

Frequently asked questions

These are the questions companies ask us most about this topic, answered in a few lines and without jargon. We review them every time the product or the regulations change. If yours is not here, write to us: we will answer and, if it helps other companies, add it to this list.

Can I contract only some W3ERP modules?

Yes. W3ERP has eight modules and each company contracts the ones it needs: the sales, finance and production core; OLAP statistics and dashboards; POS and box office; document management; WMS logistics with radio frequency; B2C online store; web, app and B2B; and CRM with support. They all work on the same database, and what is recorded in one is visible in the others.

Does W3ERP have to be installed on company computers?

No. W3ERP has been 100% web since 2005: it is used from the browser and there is no program to install on the company computers. Access works the same from the office, the factory or a mobile device. The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services and maintained by the UserIT team.

Can W3ERP be used from a mobile phone or tablet?

Yes. W3ERP runs in the browser and is used from a computer, tablet or mobile phone without installing anything. Dashboards can be checked on any of those devices. The web, app and B2B module also includes a mobile app for the team and customers, and a portal where business customers check price lists and place orders.

What is an ERP and what is it for in a company?

An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is business management software that brings the sales, purchasing, production, warehouse and accounting of a company together in a single database. It makes every department work with the same data: stock, orders and invoices match what is in the warehouse and what has been delivered to each customer.

Where is W3ERP data stored?

On Amazon Web Services. Since 2024 the W3ERP platform has been hosted on AWS, on Linux and Apache servers. If the company also contracts the systems service, UserIT takes care of backups, maintenance and the protection of its equipment and network.

Shall we talk about your project?

Tell us what your company manages and what is holding you back today. We will call or write to understand the case and suggest the modules that fit. If it makes sense, we prepare a demonstration with your own data. Asking for the call or the demonstration does not commit you to buying anything.
