Box office and web management for councils and public bodies
Valencia City Council, Xirivella Town Council and the Valencian regional government, through the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, are USER Informática clients. For a public body, W3ERP has box office and point of sale, document management, e-invoicing and dashboards, and is used from the browser.
What the industry needs
These are the challenges that come up most often among the public bodies and administrations that work with USER Informática. We note them down in the process analysis that opens every W3ERP implementation, and they are the first thing the system has to solve when it goes live.
- Venues with ticket sales
- A circuit, a museum, a municipal theatre or a sports centre sells tickets and season passes. What the box office takes has to go into the public accounts and be reconciled every day.
- Mandatory e-invoicing
- Suppliers to a public body invoice electronically, and each invoice has to be received, entered in the register and processed with its file.
- Documentation and traceability
- A contract, a file or a supporting document has to open from the operation it belongs to, without searching for it in shared folders.
- Nothing installed on workstations
- Workstations are spread over several buildings and users have very different profiles. The application has to open in the browser and give each role only the permissions it needs.
How a public body uses W3ERP
Each department logs into W3ERP from the browser with its own user, with nothing installed on the workstation. The box office sells tickets for public venues and documents are stored on the record of each operation. The core issues and receives e-invoices and handles the tax module, and the dashboards summarise activity.
