Here are all the published questions, sorted by topic. Each answer is short and makes sense without reading the others. Many also appear on the product, industry or company page they belong to. We review them when something changes in W3ERP or in the regulations, or when the company data are updated.
Yes. W3ERP has eight modules and each company contracts the ones it needs: the sales, finance and production core; OLAP statistics and dashboards; POS and box office; document management; WMS logistics with radio frequency; B2C online store; web, app and B2B; and CRM with support. They all work on the same database, and what is recorded in one is visible in the others.
Yes. W3ERP runs in the browser and is used from a computer, tablet or mobile phone without installing anything. Dashboards can be checked on any of those devices. The web, app and B2B module also includes a mobile app for the team and customers, and a portal where business customers check price lists and place orders.
No. W3ERP has been 100% web since 2005: it is used from the browser and there is no program to install on the company computers. Access works the same from the office, the factory or a mobile device. The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services and maintained by the UserIT team.
No. W3ERP is built on the USER Informática development platform and does not depend on third-party licences. It runs on Linux and Apache servers, is programmed in PHP, JavaScript and HTML and has been hosted on Amazon Web Services since 2024. It is updated and maintained by the UserIT team that develops it.
An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is business management software that brings the sales, purchasing, production, warehouse and accounting of a company together in a single database. It makes every department work with the same data: stock, orders and invoices match what is in the warehouse and what has been delivered to each customer.
On Amazon Web Services. Since 2024 the W3ERP platform has been hosted on AWS, on Linux and Apache servers. If the company also contracts the systems service, UserIT takes care of backups, maintenance and the protection of its equipment and network.
Yes. During implementation, the consulting team transfers items, customers, suppliers and balances from the previous system and configures W3ERP with them. Before that, it reviews the company's real workflows in sales, purchasing, warehouse, production and accounting. Afterwards it trains each user according to their profile and supports the first weeks of real use.
It works in phases. First it indexes the company knowledge, in whatever format it is in: texts, images or Word and PDF documents. Then your team reviews and corrects its answers until they are reliable, and from then on it works on its own. It keeps learning from every correction and every new document added.
OCR turns the image of an invoice into characters and leaves a margin of error: someone has to check what it has read before posting it to the accounts. W4INVOICE is an agent specialised in invoices. It understands what it reads, whatever the supplier format, extracts the data needed and leaves the invoice posted in the management system.
They are the two W4 agents that process documents. W4INVOICE reads any invoice, whatever the supplier and whatever the format, extracts its data and posts it to the accounts. W4ORDER does the same with orders and records them in the management system. Both can be given whatever functions each company needs.
They are two agents of W4, the USER Informática artificial intelligence line. W4SUPPORT answers customers using the documentation the company has filtered and indexed, runs on Amazon Web Services and, connected to the ERP, does what the customer needs, such as logging an incident. W4MIND indexes the company documentation so that anyone on the team can look things up on the spot.
Yes, in the categories where it fits. UserIT is an accredited digitalisation agent, and W3ERP and its modules cover process management, billing and electronic invoicing, customer management, BI and analytics, e-commerce and website. The company applies for the voucher on the Red.es electronic office and, once it is granted, signs the agreement with UserIT, which implements the solution and submits the justification.
The company registers on Acelera pyme, completes the digital diagnosis test and applies for the advisory voucher on the Red.es electronic office with a digital certificate. Once the voucher is granted, it chooses an accredited digital adviser, such as UserIT, and signs the service agreement with them. The adviser does the work and submits the justification to the programme.
Kit Consulting is the public programme that gives SMEs with 10 to 249 employees a voucher to contract digital advisory services, and UserIT is an accredited digital adviser. The adviser analyses the company and proposes what to digitalise and in what order. UserIT advises in the areas where it has experience, such as artificial intelligence, data analysis, digital sales and business processes.
Self-employed workers and companies with up to 249 employees whose tax domicile is in Spain, who are up to date with their tax and social security obligations, are not considered a company in crisis and do not exceed the de minimis aid limit. The voucher amount depends on the segment, set by number of employees, and each call establishes it.
The shade is the colour variation between different firings of the same tile model, and the calibre is the difference between the real size of the piece and its nominal size. Both are shown by a code printed on each box and must not be mixed in the same room. That is why the warehouse manages them as batch keys and the ERP must reserve and ship by shade and calibre.
Yes. The head office is in Valencia, at Plaza José María Orense 7 and 8, and projects in Bucharest, Tangier, Miami, Anaheim and Recife are handled from there. W3ERP is 100% web and works the same in any city; support and development are done by the Valencia team. The on-site systems service covers Valencia and its surroundings.
Since 1987. USER Informática was founded that year in Valencia, Spain, and has been developing business software ever since. It started on Nixdorf Computer and Siemens Nixdorf equipment, moved to Fujitsu Siemens Computers in 1995, to Siemens and Hewlett-Packard in 2005 and to Occentus Networks in 2015, and today runs on Amazon Web Services. Its software has gone from character mode and MS-DOS to fully web applications.
Any industry. Today it has clients in five: ceramics and materials; furniture, upholstery and bedding; culture, leisure and events; public sector; and industry, energy and other fields.
