B2C

B2C (business to consumer) refers to direct sales to the end consumer, as opposed to B2B between companies. In business software, a B2C online store is the website selling to individuals that publishes catalogue, prices and stock and collects orders and payments, connected to the ERP so data is not duplicated.

What does selling online to consumers require?

Selling to individuals adds its own requirements: a catalogue with photos and descriptions, card payment, shipping with tracking, returns and customer service. The store runs 24 hours a day, so the published stock must be the real one and every order must reach the warehouse without manual intervention to ship it the next day.

Where it appears in W3ERP

The W3ERP B2C online store sells to the end consumer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the catalogue, prices and stock published by the ERP itself. Every order enters management without being retyped, and the store and the warehouse work with the same data at any hour.
