- The box office, the bar, the shop and season tickets take payments through different channels. When the till is closed at the end of the day, each payment has to match its entry in the accounts.
- Programming and suppliers
- The touring company, its fee, the technical crew and copyright royalties are contracted event by event. With those costs allocated to each performance, you can see what each one made.
