USER Informática (UserIT) is a Valencia-based company founded in 1987 that develops W3ERP, a 100% web ERP with eight modules, and provides custom software and applied artificial intelligence to companies in ceramics, furniture, culture and events, the public sector and industry.

W3ERP, a 100% web ERP made in Valencia
W3ERP is the ERP that USER Informática develops in Valencia on its own platform. It has run in the browser since 2005 and needs no third-party licences and no installation on workstations. Every project starts from the standard program and is then customised for your company. That customisation is the largest part of the work.

The eight W3ERP modules
W3ERP has eight modules: the sales, finance and production core; OLAP statistics with dashboards; point of sale and box office; document management; warehouse management with radio-frequency terminals; a B2C online store; web, app and B2B portal; and CRM with support. You only take the ones you need, and they all work on the same database.
An ERP that already works in your industry
A ceramics plant works with shades and batches, a sofa manufacturer with configurable orders and a theatre with capacity and box office. Each industry has its own page on this site, with its clients, the usual problems in that industry and the W3ERP modules that fit best.

Kit Digital and Kit Consulting
Kit Digital and Kit Consulting are the Spanish public programmes, funded by the European Next Generation funds, that subsidise digitalisation and advisory services for SMEs and the self-employed in Spain. UserIT is an accredited digitalisation agent: we help you check whether your company qualifies, apply for the voucher and implement W3ERP with that funding.

Digital advisory services with the Kit Consulting voucher for SMEs with 10 to 249 employees, in areas such as AI, data analysis, digital sales and business processes. UserIT is an accredited digital adviser.
Strategic alliance
Strategic alliance with Laecel
Laecel and UserIT have formed a strategic alliance. Laecel is a consultancy for SMEs that works from the Valencia area, with a three-phase method: detect what is holding the company back, decide on the plan and carry it out. UserIT provides W3ERP and the W4 artificial intelligence agents. Each company keeps its own business and recommends the other.
