UserIT and Laecel join forces: consulting and software for SMEs

USER Informática (UserIT), a business software company founded in Valencia in 1987, and Laecel, a consultancy for SMEs based in the Valencia area, have formed a strategic alliance. Laecel detects, decides and executes with four areas; UserIT provides the W3ERP ERP and the W4 AI agents. Each keeps its own business.

USER Informática (UserIT) and Laecel have formed a strategic alliance. Laecel helps SMEs see what is holding them back and fix it, and UserIT provides its ERP, W3ERP, and the W4 artificial intelligence agents. Each company keeps its own brand, team and clients, and each recommends the other when a project calls for it.

What Laecel is

Laecel is a consultancy for SMEs that works from the Valencia area with companies all over Spain, mainly in the Valencian Community. It is run by Marcos Lacal Ballester and brings together four areas in a single team, each with its own name.

Laecel Consultoría handles processes and management; Laecel Design, branding, design, marketing and social media; Laecel Desarrollos, custom software; and Laecel IA, artificial intelligence applied to business.

How Laecel works with an SME

Laecel works with three kinds of SME: those that do not know what is holding them back, those that know what they want but not how, and those that want to take the next step. With all of them it uses the same three-phase method: detect the problem, decide on a plan and carry it out with the team.

To detect, it reviews processes, brand, sales and tools. It then decides on a phased plan with measurable goals and, finally, puts it into practice with the company.

What UserIT brings

USER Informática is a business software company founded in Valencia in 1987. It develops W3ERP, a 100% web-based ERP with eight modules, builds custom software on its own platform and provides support up to 24x7. Its artificial intelligence line, W4, has four agents that look after customers, answer the team and process invoices and orders.

There is more detail on the W3ERP and services pages, which also hold the W4 profiles.

Why a consultancy and a software company

An ERP or an artificial intelligence agent reproduces the way a company works. If a process is badly designed, the program simply repeats it faster. That is why it pays to review processes, responsibilities and data before choosing the tool. Laecel carries out that review, and UserIT implements W3ERP and W4.

In the article on how to choose an ERP we explain what to review before changing your management system.

What changes for clients

Every client stays with the company they chose. What is new is that, if a Laecel client needs an ERP or a W4 AI agent, Laecel introduces them to UserIT, and if a UserIT client needs to sort out its processes, its brand or its social media presence, UserIT introduces them to Laecel.

The two websites link to each other, so that anyone who reaches one also finds the other.

Who is behind the alliance

Behind the alliance are Esteban Olivares del Rey, CEO of UserIT, and Marcos Lacal Ballester, who runs Laecel. They have agreed that each company keeps its own brand, team and clients, and that the two recommend each other when a project needs what the other does. They are sealing it with a handshake.

How to get started with either of them

If your company does not know what is holding it back or wants to take the next step, start with Laecel’s diagnosis, requested on its website. If you already know you need an ERP, custom development or an AI agent, write to us from the contact page and we will explain how we would approach your case.

These articles cover topics close to this one: first those picked by the blog team, then those in the same category or sharing terms with it. Each one starts with a summary that answers the question in the title on its own. Reading that paragraph tells you whether to carry on or go back to the full list.

  • How to get the choice of your company's ERP right

To choose an ERP, start from the company's real processes, check how much the standard program covers and how much will need customising, review integrations, support and total cost over five years, and test it with your own data before signing.

  • What AI can do today in the management of an SME

In an SME, artificial intelligence is already useful for answering support queries, finding internal information, reading documents and summarising ERP data. It works when it uses the company's own knowledge, is implemented in phases and the team reviews its answers at first.

Shall we talk about your project?

Tell us what your company manages and what is holding you back today. We will call or write to understand the case and suggest the modules that fit. If it makes sense, we prepare a demonstration with your own data. Asking for the call or the demonstration does not commit you to buying anything.
