A digitalisation agent is a technology company accredited under the Kit Digital programme, authorised by Red.es to offer subsidised solutions, sign the service agreement with the beneficiary, implement the solution, submit the justification and collect the subsidised part directly from the programme.
What must a digitalisation agent meet, and how do you choose one?
To be accredited, the company must meet turnover, solvency and experience requirements in the categories it offers, and it appears in the public catalogue of agents. Choosing one with its own product avoids intermediaries: the one who implements is the one who develops and who provides support afterwards, when the voucher has been used up.
What UserIT does
USER Informática (UserIT) is an accredited digitalisation agent and also a digital adviser for Kit Consulting. Because it develops W3ERP on its own platform, the same company that signs the service agreement implements the software, customises it, submits the justification to the programme and provides support afterwards.
